TERMS AND CONDITIONS: "FLUIDEZ ENGLISH ONLINE"

1. General Provisions
By purchasing any lesson package or registering for a free trial session with Fluidez, you (the "Student") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Fluidez provides 1-on-1 online English tutoring services via video conferencing platforms (Zoom / Google Meet).
2. Lesson Duration and Scheduling
  • Each private individual lesson lasts exactly 60 minutes.
  • Lessons are scheduled in advance based on the mutual availability of the Student and the assigned Tutor.
  • The standard monthly package consists of 8 lessons (recommended schedule: 2 times per week).
3. Payment and Month-to-Month Subscription
  • Services are provided on a prepaid basis. The Student must pay for the chosen package before the first lesson begins.
  • All payment plans are month-to-month. There are no long-term binding contracts or hidden dynamic fees.
  • Every purchased lesson package (8 or 24 lessons) has an expiration date: all lessons must be used within 30 days from the date of purchase for monthly plans, and within 90 days for 3-month plans. Unused lessons after this period are non-refundable and will expire.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (The 24-Hour Rule)
  • The Student has the right to reschedule or cancel a scheduled lesson by notifying the school or the tutor via WhatsApp/Email at least 24 hours before the lesson start time.
  • If the Student cancels or requests to reschedule less than 24 hours before the lesson, or fails to show up within 15 minutes of the start time (No-Show), the lesson will be considered completed and will be fully charged (deducted from the Student's package balance).
  • If a tutor needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, the Student will be notified in advance, and the lesson will be rescheduled to a mutually agreeable time without any penalties.
5. Free Trial Session
  • Each new Student is entitled to one (1) free 15-minute trial/level evaluation session. No credit card information is required to register for a free trial.
6. Refunds and Account Pausing
  • Refunds for unused packages are only available within the first 7 days of purchase, provided that no lessons have been taken.
  • Students can request to pause their monthly package once (1 time) per calendar year for a maximum of 14 days by giving a 3-day advance notice.
